Terms of Service

The terms that apply to this website and to work we do together.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and, where stated, work carried out by Softnexa. Using the site means you accept them.

Using this website

You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or submit automated or fraudulent enquiries.

Our content

All text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Softnexa unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.

Project work

  • Every project runs under a separate written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and price. That proposal takes precedence over anything on this page.
  • Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not quotations.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and approved before it starts.
  • Ownership of deliverables transfers to you on final payment, at which point you receive the source files and documentation.
  • Delivery timelines assume you provide content, feedback and approvals within the agreed windows.

Payment

Unless the proposal says otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages with an advance before work begins. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will sign your NDA on request. We may reference the project publicly only with your written permission.

Warranties and liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects reported within the support period stated in your proposal. The site itself is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Third-party services

Projects often depend on third-party platforms, APIs and hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
