Our story

Built by people who got tired of watching projects go sideways

Most failed software projects do not fail technically. They fail because nobody agreed what was being built, the estimate was optimistic, and the senior people who won the work moved on to the next pitch. We started Softnexa to run projects the opposite way.

That means a written scope before anything starts, a fixed price attached to it, and the same people on your project from the first call to the month after launch. It means weekly demos on a real URL instead of status emails. And it means telling you when something is a bad idea, even when saying yes would be more profitable.

We work across eight service lines — web, mobile, design, AI, cloud and the strategy around them — because real projects rarely stay inside one box. What stays constant is who does the work.

Scope before code

Every project starts with a written document listing what is included, what it costs and when it lands. Changes get quoted before they get built.

How big is the team?

Deliberately small. We run a limited number of projects at once so every client gets senior attention rather than a queue position. When a project needs a specialist we do not have in house, we bring in someone we have worked with before and tell you who they are.

What industries do you work in?

Manufacturing, healthcare, education, retail, professional services and a steady stream of early-stage products. What matters more than the industry is whether the problem is well defined and the people involved can make decisions.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely, before any detailed discussion of your project. Send yours or use ours.

What is the smallest project you take on?

Around ₹25,000 for design work and ₹45,000 for development. Below that we are usually not the most cost-effective option, and we will say so rather than take the work.
