Overview

Straight answers about your technology

You do not need a hundred-slide deck. You need to know whether to rebuild or refactor, whether that quote is reasonable, and what will break first when you double your traffic. We look at the actual system, talk to the actual team, and tell you what we would do.

Process

How a IT Consulting project runs

Four stages, each ending in something you can see and approve before we move on.

01

Listen

Interviews with leadership and the people doing the work, because they rarely describe the same problem.

02

Assess

Hands-on review of the code, infrastructure, costs and delivery process.

03

Recommend

A prioritised plan with effort, cost and risk attached to every item.

04

Support

We stay available while you execute — advisory retainer or hands-on delivery, your call.

Testimonials

What clients say

Replace this with a real client quote from your own projects. Keep it specific: what the problem was, what changed, and a number if you have one.
P Placeholder — replace before launchFounder, Client company
A second placeholder quote. Real testimonials with a name, role and company convert far better than anonymous praise, and they are the only kind you can legally publish.
P Placeholder — replace before launchOperations Head, Client company
A third placeholder. Ask clients for one sentence on the outcome and one on what it was like to work with you — that pairing is what readers are looking for.

FAQ

IT Consulting — your questions answered

Still unsure about something? Ask us directly — we answer every message ourselves.

Ask a question
What does a consulting engagement look like?
Most start with a two to four week assessment: interviews, a technical review and a written report with prioritised recommendations. From there you either take the plan and run, or keep us on an advisory retainer.
Will you recommend your own services?
Only when we are genuinely the right fit, and we will say so explicitly. Plenty of our recommendations are to keep work in house, hire a specialist, or buy an off-the-shelf product.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Often. A large part of the value is translating technical trade-offs into business terms so you can make the call yourself rather than taking someone else's word for it.
