Information we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the site:
- Details you send us. When you submit an enquiry form we store your name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you wrote.
- Technical information. Our servers record the IP address and browser user agent of form submissions, which we use to block automated spam.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data such as page views and referring sites.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To provide services you have engaged us for.
- To improve the website based on which pages people actually use.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that make the site work — hosting, email delivery and analytics — and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data to any other third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up an old conversation. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires for contracts and accounts. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email softnexa.digital@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie required for form security. If analytics is enabled, it may set additional cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through the contact form.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
