Something else in mind?

Most of our best projects did not fit neatly into a service page. Describe the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Why Softnexa

What you get on every project

A website, a customer portal, a CRM, a mobile app, an online store — whatever gets built, it has to be quick, secure, and simple enough that your own team can run it without calling for help. These are the things usually left for the end, and the first ones cut when a budget runs tight. Here they go into the written scope before any work starts.

Fixed scope and fixed price agreed before we start

Weekly demos on a live staging URL, not status emails

Full source code and admin access handed over at the end

Thirty days of post-launch support on every project

How we work

Built around how you work

Portals, CRMs, dashboards and stores are built to match the way your team already works — not squeezed into a template or stacked with plugins. If your process has a quirk, the software handles it.

Quick on every device

Tested on real phones on real mobile data, not just a fast laptop. Whether it is a customer checking out or your staff inside a CRM all day, nothing sits there loading.

You deal with one person

The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No account manager passing messages along, and no handing your work to someone you have never spoken to.

Your code and data stay yours

Logins, payments and customer records are handled properly from the start. Source code, design files, server and domain access are all handed to you — nothing stays locked to us.

How we work

From first call to working software

Four stages, each ending in something you can actually see and sign off before the next one starts.

01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what you need built and why. If it is not work we should take on, we say so and point you somewhere better.

02

Scope and fixed quote

A written scope listing every feature, the technology behind it, the timeline and one fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.

03

Build in the open

Working software every week on a private link you can click through and test. You see it come together instead of waiting for a reveal.

04

Launch and handover

Testing, deployment, then source code, documentation and a walkthrough for your team — plus a month of support while real users settle in.

Testimonials

What clients say

Replace this with a real client quote from your own projects. Keep it specific: what the problem was, what changed, and a number if you have one.
P Placeholder — replace before launchFounder, Client company
A second placeholder quote. Real testimonials with a name, role and company convert far better than anonymous praise, and they are the only kind you can legally publish.
P Placeholder — replace before launchOperations Head, Client company
A third placeholder. Ask clients for one sentence on the outcome and one on what it was like to work with you — that pairing is what readers are looking for.

FAQ

Questions we get asked before every project

Still unsure about something? Ask us directly — we answer every message ourselves.

Ask a question
What kind of software do you build?
Custom web applications, business portals, CRMs and admin dashboards, online stores, mobile apps, and AI built into them — assistants trained on your own documents, automated document processing, and AI agents that handle a repetitive job end to end. If it runs in a browser or on a phone and needs real logic behind it, it is work we can take on.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price against a written scope. After a discovery call we send a document listing exactly what is included, what it costs and when it lands. If the scope changes later, we quote the change before doing the work — never after.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks. We deliberately keep a limited number of projects running at once so every client gets proper attention rather than a queue position.
Can you add AI to software we already have?
Usually yes, and that is how most AI work should start — one narrow task inside something already running. A support assistant that answers from your own documentation, an agent that reads incoming email and files it correctly, a summary step inside a dashboard your team already opens every day. We prove it saves real time on that one task before expanding it.
What if we already have a development team?
That is common. We come in for a specific gap — an AI feature nobody has time to build, a difficult integration, a performance rebuild, a migration off legacy code — and work alongside your engineers rather than replacing them.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely, on final payment. Source code in your own repository, design files, server and domain access, and written documentation are all handed over. Nothing stays locked to us, so another developer can pick the project up without us.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes — we work remotely with clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and overlap working hours with your timezone for calls. Delivery happens over shared boards, staging links and video, so where you are makes no difference to how we work.
